Our Story
A Practice Built on Local Roots
Primary Health Associates, P.C. was established in 1998 through the collaboration of local physicians who had proudly served the Orland Park, Homer Glen, and surrounding communities for more than 30 years. Today, we remain a privately owned and physician-led practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care to every patient who walks through our doors.
